Program to Activate Women’s Administrations at Governorates

Within the program aiming to build the capabilities of the working woman, the General Administration for Developing the Working Woman at Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in collaboration with International Labor Organization and Dutch Government organized a workshop to activate the role of women administrations nationwide.

The workshop aimed to train the woman activists on how to support the issues relating to the working woman and to make her well-aware of her duties and rights.

Twenty seven participants from Sana'a, Taiz, Aden, Al-Hodeidah, Ibb, Dhamar and Hadramout and affiliated with women administrations of local councils, the National Committee for Woman, Yemeni Women's Union
