Yemeni Airways (Yemenia) has recently honored a number of its agents nationwide in recognition of their efforts aiming to promote Yemenia and its services.

During the festival, Yemenia chairman of the board of directors Abdul Khaliq Al-Qadhi stressed the importance of exerting more efforts in search for distinction and hinted that Yemenia has won a good fame among countries and aviation companies especially those involved with airplane industry.

Al-Qadhi also hinted that his company receives direct support by the political leadership which has helped it to achieve a noticeable progress including modernizing its fleet and operating new lines in a way that fits into the country's reputation. He added this has led them to work on training and qualifying Yemenia cadre to enjoy high standard of competence.

For his part, Yemeni commercial director Abdullah Al-Mutareb delivered speech in which he pinpointed the importance of having new destinations for Yemenia and noted that new destinations in China, Thailand and Turkey will be launched soon.
