Over 35 international and Arab companies representing over 300 famous medical brands worldwide are expected to participate in the Fourth Medical Exhibition Medi Pharm 2008 due to be staged in Expo Sana'a Center over the period April 7-13.

The companies will exhibit their recent discoveries of medicine, medical appliances, dentistry, hospital furnishing and equipment as well as providing information on medical centers and hospitals famous for the best medical care.

Marketing director at Sana'a Expo Center Omar Al-Nihmi pointed out that the exhibition is regularly launched over two years and is staged under the  direct supervision of the Ministry of Public Health and Population and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

For his part, head of the organizing committee and deputy head of the Charitable Medical Society Dr. Sami Zaid noted that the first medical conference comprising will be launched on the margin of the exhibition.

Zaid added that conference will comprise training course, skills, symposiums and lectures by academics and experts from across the world, hinting that over 2000 Yemeni doctors are to participate.
