The Secretary General of General People Congress and former prime minister suffered Ischemic stroke on Thursday shortly after honoring him as 'earth hero' in Singapore because he introduced a new ministry concerned with environment.

Bajamal was admitted to a hospital there; however, he suffered another stroke upon his arrival to the hospital.

Sources indicated that Bajamal started to regain his consciences gradually and to move his right leg after he was paralyzed by the stroke, hinting he is still unable to realize things around him.

Further, sources close to Bajamal and doctors revealed on Saturday that his condition was stable and is going from good to better, adding that he will be moved to another hospital to continue treatment.
