They also noted their issue is still suspended with the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, noting the company is trading with their livelihood.

The drivers also stressed Griffin Company has sold them to Al-Maz Company owned by Yahya Mohammed Abdullah Saleh, noting the former used to receive big sums of money against each driver however it pays them very little. They further hinted the sums deducted from their salaries in socials security were not given to the General Authority for Insurances and Pensions.

They also assured they are suffering a lot under the new contractor as was the case with first one, enquiring why is there a mediator between them and the company as for the financial affairs?

"Trading in our livelihood is still continuous though it is violating to labor law," said the statement.

Moreover, the new contractor exerts immense pressure with them to sign contracts and they were forced to sign the contracts to keep their livelihoods
