Thousands of civilians including more than 500 children have been killed in the several-months comfort mostly by misdirected airstrikes by the Arab military coalition.
In late March, the coalition launched the bombing campaign against the Houthi militants who ousted the government of Yemen.
Meanwhile, the battles between the Yemeni forces backed by Arab countries and the Houthis are continuing in several cities including Marib and Taiz.
In Taiz, military sources affirmed the forces have regained control of the Makha town and the battles are continuing in order to drive the militants out of their remaining positions.
In the past few weeks, the forces retook the Bab Al-Mandab and key areas from the Houthis.
And in Marib, military sources said the national and coalition forces have beaten the Houthis in the past two days and that they are now advancing toward the capital Sanaa.
